Giles reshuffles top five

Rivals100 running back Jarvis Giles still has a leader in Tennessee. That much hasn't changed for this explosive back from Tampa (Fla.) Gaither High School. What has changed is his top five. Nipping at the Volunteer heals is Nebraska, Georgia, South Carolina and Clemson.
"I would say that's my top five," Giles said. "Tennessee still leads. They are a great program and I have family up there. My aunt lives in Clarksville, Tennessee.

"Plus, I think it's time. I want to leave the state and I am ready for a change. I have been here my entire life and I am ready to experience new places and new things. I know there is more to this world than the state of Florida."
According to Giles he is up to 18 scholarship offers. Georgia was his most recent offer two weeks ago. Nebraska also offered him this month.
Giles has only been to Florida (this spring) and Florida State (last fall). He plans on going to visit Tennessee for their camp in mid-June.
Giles, 6-0 and 185 pounds, is currently nursing a sore groin. He sustained that injury earlier this spring.
"It has bothered me because I have not had that same explosion through the hole. It definitely took something away from me and I could really feel it in our spring game."
Despite the injury Giles led Gaither to a 13-7 win over Tampa (Fla.) Middleton High School. He finished with seven carries for 84 yards and one touchdown.
