Giddens says yes to Cardinals
The Louisville Cardinals hit a triple this evening landing the third part of the Venice triad when wide receiver Antwuan Giddens (6-5, 187, 4.5) also said yes to new Louisville coach Bobby Petrino and the Cardinals. Could there be a pipeline forming from Venice to Louisville?
“I’m pretty fired up about my decision,” Giddens said. “I’m going to college with two good friends and we hope to finish what we started at Venice.”

Giddens had over 55 catches for over 1,110 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior.
“Another reason that I chose Louisville is because I liked their business school,” Giddens said. “Business is what I want to major in and their graduates have a good idea what they want to do after college.”
“Everything about the school was great,” Giddens said. “The coaches, the teachers and the professors mean business.”
“I’m going to work hard so that I can play as a freshman,” Giddens said. “If I have to red shirt I’m cool with that too.”
