Gibson catching on with coaches

Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville receiver Torieal Gibson has been a busy man this summer.
The 5-foot-8, 160-pound receiver has been on the Ted Gin Bus Tour the past two weeks and it's been paying off as more and more schools are showing interest and even stepping up an offering scholarships.

"It's real good," Gibson said. "I think I've done real well. There have been a lot of coaches talking to me and saying they were going to look at my film. I liked Marshall a lot. I don't know, there is just something about Marshall I like. I liked Iowa a lot, too."
"Ball State is the only offer right now, but other schools have been talking to me a lot. Ball State offered me as a cornerback. I'd prefer receiver but wherever I can fit in, that's where I'll play."
Gibson at this point says a few teams stand out.
"It'd be Iowa, Indiana and Purdue," he said. "But I'm still more focused on my senior season than I am with recruiting. We're going to have a nice squad. We only had 12 seniors graduate so we've got a lot coming back. We're going to state.
"I'd like to improve my footwork the most next season, so I can help the team reach that goal."
