The 6-foot-4, 210-pound athlete has practiced at safety all week for the Army All-American Bowl, but will likely start out at receiver in college.
Robinson originally pledged the University of Arizona as a quarterback prospect during his junior season. Then he de-committed from the school in September of 2007 citing his desire to play wide receiver in college.
After re-opening the recruiting process, Robinson took several official visits, later narrowing his list to Arizona State, Notre Dame and Oregon.
Robinson is ranked as the No. 8 Athlete in the country and No. 52 overall by Rivals.com.
