Armand Cauthen will announce his
college decision during a press conference at Douglas County High School on
Wednesday.
"He's made his decision, but he wants to have some fun
with it and keep the suspense until tomorrow," said Arthur Cauthen, the player's
father.
So who's in the running?
"He's keeping that under wraps, too," he said. "That's
just the way he wanted to do it."
Cauthen (6-1, 195, 4.6) recently made an official visit
to East Carolina. He's also been considering Wake Forest, UAB, Ohio, South
Florida, Kansas and Middle Tennessee in recent weeks.
As a senior, Cauthen caught 40 passes for 641 yards and
nine touchdowns. He also averaged 28 yards per kickoff return, 42 yards as a
punter, and intercepted one pass on defense.
