Georgia WR lands second offer

HOOVER, Ala. -- As he prepares for his senior season, wide receiver Korey Jones of Loganville (Ga.) Grayson has put a great amount of emphasis on improving some specific parts of his game.
"I'm working on my footwork, agility and cuts," Jones said Friday at the National Select 7 on 7 Championships.

Jones also is working on landing more offers.
Thus far, the 6-feet-3, 180-pounder has two of them.
"I've got N.C. State and UAB," Jones said. "UAB just offered this week. N.C. State offered during spring practice."
This summer, Jones has camped for the staffs of both Mississippi State and Southern Miss. In addition to those programs he has generated interest from Georgia Tech and Ohio, he said.
The UAB offer is one Jones is happy to have.
"I have a lot of family in Alabama," Jones said. "That is what makes it a big deal. "
Jones hopes to make upcoming visits to both programs.
"I don't know when but I plan on doing that," he said.
