Georgia WR has new leader

Americus, Ga., receiver John Harris has a new leader. And to get a clue what team that is, just think about famous rapper Dr. Dre.
"It's nothing but a 'G-thang,' " Harris said when asked who his top team is.

"I'm into Georgia right now. The G-men are moving up. I like the offense, and it'd fit me the right way."
Harris isn't limiting his options to the Dawgs, though. He still is interested in Florida State, Miami, LSU and Kentucky. He said he's not into Florida anymore and the Gator coaches aren't calling him as much.
"I'm going to the Florida State-Miami game this weekend," Harris said. "I think Miami is going to blow them out, but I'm going to keep an open mind to both school. I won't be doing any cheering that's for sure."
Harris, a four-star selection, said Americus is 5-0 on the season and he's racked up eight receiving touchdowns. Last week he returned a kickoff 92 yards for a score.
"I had to do some dancing," he said. "But I got it in the end zone."
