Georgia star sets second visit

LaGrange, Ga., defensive end/inside linebacker Braxton Kelley is one of the best players in Georgia that nobody seems to be talking about. He helps anchor what could arguably be the top high school defense in America.
“The newest offer I have gotten is from Southern Miss,” Kelley said. “About half the schools recruiting me want me at linebacker and the other half want me as a defensive end. I really don’t have a preference in which one I want to play.”

The 6-foot-2, 225-pound Kelley runs the 40-yard dash in 4.7 seconds and has a 305-pound bench press max.
“Right now I have an official visit set up for November 7 to Virginia Tech, but that date may change,” Kelley said. “I am hoping that we will still be in the playoffs then, but I will reschedule because I know I want to visit Virginia Tech.”
Kelley has already taken one official visit to Kentucky on the weekend of September 17.
“Right now Virginia Tech, Kentucky and South Carolina are my top three schools,” Kelley said. “I am also still looking at Ole Miss and Southern Miss as schools that I am interested in. I am definitely going to wait and take my visits before I make a decision.”
