Georgia safety picks up another SEC offer
Buford, Ga., safety Yvan Banag plays for what could be considered the top small high school program in the entire nation. He has picked up yet another SEC offer and has three official visits set.
“I have official visits set to South Carolina, Duke and Mississippi State, but I don’t know the dates off the top of my head, they are at the school somewhere written down,” Banag said. “I’m looking at Georgia, Tulane, Louisville, Georgia Southern, Memphis and a few others for my other visits.”

The 5-foot-10, 195-pound Banag runs the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds, has a 300-pound bench press and a 395-pound squat. His team is the middle of the playoffs hoping to win their fourth consecutive title.
“We are working real hard to win another one,” Banag said. “If we continue to go out and play hard I think we will have a good chance. I am going to wait until after I take my visits to make a decision.”
