Georgia RB is one of the best

One of the surprises on the Georgia top 75 to some people was LaGrange (Ga.) Troup running back Demetrius Goode coming in as the state's No. 13 player and No. 2 running back prospect ahead of some very good players. He has a rare ability to actually gain speed after contact and is one of the top sleepers in the South.
"I have offers from Kentucky, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Ball State and Tennessee State," Goode said. "Southern Miss, Georgia and Auburn and a few more are recruiting me really hard right now, but they have not offered yet."

The 5-foot-9, 185-pound Goode runs the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds. Last year his teammate and good friend Brandon Hart signed a scholarship with Mississippi State and Goode has remained in contact with Hart.
"He really wants me to come and visit over there sometime," Goode said. "He said he wants to be able to show me around and he would take me to meet the coaches and all. He's trying to get me there."
Hart's influence may be making somewhat of an impact on Goode, but he's still keeping everything open.
"Right now my favorites would be Ole Miss, Kentucky, Georgia and Mississippi State," Goode said. "I would to take all of my visits if possible. Right now I'm not planning on committing early, but if I went somewhere and felt it was right then I would commit."
Goode rushed for 1,110 yards and 13 touchdowns as a junior. He plans to camp at Southern Miss later in the summer.
