Georgia QB names top six

Jamius Gunsby is a dual-threat quarterback prospect from the Peach State. Gunsby, 6-4 and 220 pounds, is from LaGrange (Ga.) High School.
"I have a powerful arm and am a good scrambler,"Gunsby said. "I run with the ball and can sit in pocket and read the field, although sometimes I lock in on one guy."

Although he doesn't have any scholarship offers at this time Gunby says that schools like Georgia, Florida State, Auburn, South Carolina, Clemson, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky and others are all recruiting him very hard.
"My top six would be FSU, Florida, Oregon, Alabama, Auburn and Georgia.
"I have always liked Georgia since I was a little kid. I saw them play Alabama last year. I really liked it and loved the atmosphere in Athens.
"I have been to the Auburn camps three times so far. I really like it there. I like how they ran those camps. I still haven't yet talked with the new coaches though.
"I really like Florida State, the school and the team. They bring so much to the table. They are recruiting me to play quarterback there.
"I really liked Oregon when they had Dennis Dixon. That's what attracted me to them. I like that offense that they run.
"I went to the Alabama/Kentucky game. I like the school, facilities and weight room at Alabama. I saw their practice field and really like their coaches. Nick Saban is a really nice guy.
"I like Florida. I can be a Tim Tebow for them. I am kind of big and have muscle for a quarterback. I love how they spread the field. The coaches there are cool."
Gunsby went right from football to basketball. Now he's on to track, where he throws the discuss and shot put and runs in the 4x100. He says he will camp at Auburn this summer.
