Georgia OLB up to 6 offers

A visit to South Carolina in early February got the ball rolling with Jacarthy Mack's recruitment. According to Mack, an outside linebacker at Lithonia (Ga.) Martin Luther King, that's when offer No. 1 arrived.
"I was offered by Coach [Lorenzo] Ward," Mack said. "It was exciting. We met in this little room. I think it was the film room. It was me, him and a lot of other kids from the same region. He was just talking and he offered me on the spot. I said, 'Thankyou.'"

Since then, Mack said he has added offers from Akron, East Carolina, Kansas State, Louisiana-Lafayette and Louisville. The Wildcats pulled the trigger "a couple days ago."
"It's a great feeling," Mack said. "I just want to keep working hard. I know they're coming if I keep working hard."
At this point, the 6-feet-3, 205-pound Mack has no leaders.
"I'm really just trying to bond right now," Mack now. "I'm trying to relate to the coaches. Hopefully, I'll take visits to a lot of colleges and see what they look like."
In addition to South Carolina, he also has visited Auburn and Florida. He might check out Clemson this weekend.
"The visits have been going pretty well," Mack said. "I enjoy going to campuses and seeing how they look. My favorite so far was South Carolina. I felt at home there. I got to see the campus. I talked to the coaches and went in the lockerroom. And, of course, I got offered."
