Georgia OL visits Terps

Three-star Lovejoy (Ga.) offensive lineman Anthony Parker took his third official visit this weekend.
“I went to Maryland this weeknd,” he said. “I enjoyed it. It was pretty much the same as my first two, Indiana and N.C. State. I saw a lot of good things, nothing bad.
"I had a chance to watch them practice for their bowl game. That was nice, just to see how they worked. It was short, but high-tempo. I was impressed with how they went about their business.”
Parker (6-4, 290, 4.7) also had a “home flavor” to his host for the weekend.
“C.J. Brooks was my host,” he said. “He’s also from Clayton County – from Morrow – so we had a lot things in common to talk about while I was there. Their players and coaches were all cool. I felt pretty comfortable around them.”
Parker’s next official visit is scheduled for Jan. 16 at Tennessee. He said the fifth and final date is currently up for grabs between Mississippi State and Louisville.
“I don’t have a leader right now,” he added. “I won’t be able to say until I take all my visits.”
Parker is rated the No. 43 offensive guard in the nation by
