Georgia OG misses unofficial

Lovejoy, Ga., offensive guard Anthony Parker was hoping to make it this past weekend to Oklahoma State for an unofficial visit, but in the end the trip didn’t happen.
“We waited too long and the tickets were just too high,” Parker, ranked as the nation’s No. 42 offensive guard by Rivals.com, said. “I wish we would have made it because it sounded like it was a great game. I’m glad Oklahoma State won.”

Parker said there really isn’t much new on the recruiting front. He’s still sitting on a ton of scholarship offers with teams like Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, N.C. State and Virginia in the mix.
“I’ve not set any official visits yet, but I’m thinking about Tennessee, Maryland, N.C. State for visits for sure,” Parker said. “I don’t know about the other two visits at this point.”
