Georgia leads for top 100 DT

Red Bank, N.J. defensive tackle Kade Weston now has a clear leader. The 6-foot-6, 315-pounder, who shot up the charts on the latest Rivals 100 to No. 31, might be playing his football in the SEC.
"Georgia is my favorite," said Weston, the No. 5 defensive tackle in the country. "I went to a one-day camp there this summer and really liked it down there. It's a nice campus, the coaches are great and I would prefer to play in warm weather if I can. The SEC is also a great conference."

Georgia doesn't have things wrapped up yet though, as Weston plans on taking all five official visits.
"I'm looking at Florida, Miami and Florida State as well as possibly Maryland, Tennessee, Oklahoma or Virginia Tech," he said. "I was supposed to visit the Florida schools this summer but I didn't get a chance to, so I'd like to see at least two of them if not all three. I'll also visit Georgia and the last visit will be between Maryland, Tennesee, Oklahoma and Virginia Tech.
"I've been to Maryland a couple times and liked it there so I might not need to take an official there."
Weston had 114 tackles (12 for a loss) and 14 sacks as a junior.
