Georgia Junior Bowl: Tuesdays West top performers
ATLANTA - On a cold and windy Tuesday in the Peach State, the first practice of the week at the Rising Seniors Georgia Junior Bowl was cancelled. In the afternoon, the players finally hit the field, and Rivals.com Southeast Analyst Keith Niebuhr was on hand to watch the West squad, which features newly minted 2013 five-star linebacker Reuben Foster.
