Georgia DB reschedules visit

One
of the Peach State's top defensive backs has rescheduled an official visit he

was originally going to take this weekend.
"I was going to go to Duke this weekend, but we had to
switch things around and pick out a new date," said Starr's Mill standout
Deante Battle. "I'll be going
there on Jan. 10 now."

Georgia Top 50 team and the No.
22 cornerback in the nation, Battle (5-10, 187, 4.45) made his visits to
Colorado on Nov. 15 and Northwestern on Dec. 6.
Notre Dame, N.C. State, Texas, Virginia and Virginia
tech are in the running for his last two official visits.
Battle helped lead Starr's Mill to a 9-3 record as a
senior. He recorded 50 tackles, 15 pass break-ups and one interception at his
projected college position. On offense, he also contributed 800 yards rushing,
300 yards receiving and scored 14 touchdowns.
