Georgia Covers The Corner

Georgia without a doubt can rival just about any state as far as producing major college football talent. One of the major gems from that state is right at the top of the list as far as cornerback goes across the country.
Stone Mountain (GA) Stephenson cornerback Demario Minter is without a doubt one of the top cover corners in the southeast region. He is 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds. But, his major attribute is speed, speed and more speed.

"I was timed at 4.37 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the summer camps," he said. "But, my coach has timed me as low as 4.31 seconds."
"I would say I am probably around the mid 4.3 range."
Which camps did you attend to show off your skills?
"Georgia and Georgia Tech," he said. "I really enjoyed both of those. They have both offered scholarships since the camps."
"I also have offers from Ohio State and Auburn. Most everybody have said they have a scholarship for me. I just don't know exactly who is definately an offer except for those four."
How about your mail at this point?
"Right now, everybody is sending a lot of mail," he said. "I am keeping everybody at the same level right now."
"But, I know I will definitely be going to a bunch of games at Georgia and Georgia Tech this year unofficially."
Do you have a group that you are keeping even?
"Clemson, North Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Auburn, Ohio State, Georgia, Georgia Tech and Mississippi State," Minter Said. "But, I won’t know anything until about February 5th."
It might be a long wait for the fans, but a long line of schools will wait as long as it takes on this major talent.
