Gebbia impresses at Nebraska camp

Tristan Gebbia already has a lot of college scholarships. He's hoping to add another soon after throwing at the Nebraska satellite camp in Southern California last week.
"I'm not going to speak too much on coaches who haven't offered me because I don't know exactly what they're thinking but they seemed like they liked me and I had a good time up there," Gebbia said.

"It was a really great experience. I learned a lot of things about my footwork and stuff like that, getting back quickly, and learning about ball placement and how they run their offense."
The 2017 four-star quarterback from Calabasas, Calif., has already landed offers from Alabama, Arizona State, Colorado State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Syracuse and Washington State.
After seeing what new Nebraska coach Mike Riley and his staff accomplished at Oregon State, Gebbia is definitely interested in hearing more from the Huskers.
"They did a lot of great things with (Sean) Mannion at Oregon State," Gebbia said.
"I was looking at it the other day and they were one of the top teams in passing so that's a really big factor for me. That seems like a really great thing."
As for an offer from Nebraska, Gebbia said he wasn't sure if it would come but he remains hopeful heading into the rest of the summer.
"They said they were going to stay in touch with me so we'll see pretty soon," Gebbia said.
Florida, Georgia and North Carolina are showing new interest in the 2017 four-star quarterback. Gebbia said he is not completely sure if he's done throwing for schools this summer or if he will participate in more camps in the coming weeks.
