Gators offer New Jersey LB

Hammonton (N.J.) St. Joseph's linebacker Kaiwan Lewis is, by any measure, one of the top prospects in the Garden State from the Class of 2012.
The 6-foot-2, 227-pound prospect has an offer list that would make most others blush, and it's a list that is only growing with each week and month that passes.

His latest offer is a big one.
"I just got an offer from Florida," Lewis told Rivals.com early this week.
"Coach Dan Quinn told me the news about the offer."
Quinn, the defensive coordinator for the Gators, evidently made a solid impression on Lewis. The talented linebacker already liked Florida before the offer but now the Gators are even higher on their list than they were before.
"I'm excited about them," Lewis said. "They're high up there on my list. It seems like a great opportunity. I'm going to visit in the summer."
Lewis has been clocked at 4.76 seconds in the 40-yard dash and he bench presses 320 pounds.
