Gallington nearing decision

It looks to be a summer time decision for North Richland Hills (Texas) Richland offensive guard prospect Deveric Gallington.
A solid spring has put several scholarship offers on the table for the 6-foot-4, 320-pound lineman. Some of those schools that have offered to date include Arizona, Iowa State, New Mexico, Oklahoma State, Purdue, Texas Tech, Utah and Washington State. Florida could be next and the Gators currently lead the way.

"They want me to come to their one-day camp so I can meet the coaches and the offensive line coach," Gallington said. "My top three has to be Florida, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State. It's tough to choose between just one of those, but it would be Florida right now.
"Of course, they just won the national championship and I've heard it's a pretty good campus. Coach Urban Meyer came out to practice, so they seem pretty serious."
Texas Tech and Oklahoma State are the two other schools high on his list.
"I just got done talking to Texas Tech not too long ago and I know they win a lot of games and academically they're a good school," he said. "They also seem cool as a staff. I went to Oklahoma State a few months back for a junior day and the field they have is really nice there. They've put together really nice facilities. Coach (Joe) Wickline is probably my favorite coach right now."
Gallington says he'll most likely make a decision when he gets back from his trip to Florida early next month. He'll also be attending an Oklahoma State camp this week as well.
