Gallimore to visit FSU this weekend

Riverside (Mo.) Park Hill South offensive lineman Brett Gallimore had been scheduled to visit Oregon this past weekend. That visit was cancelled last week. But, do the Ducks still have a chance at hosting the four-star rated tackle?
“We did cancel the trip to Oregon,” Rich Gallimore, Brett’s father said. “We did so, because Brett and we, as a family, had some doubts about the school. He is still interested in Oregon and may still want to take an official trip, if they want him to visit.”

The cancellation of the visit to the Pac-10 school has not altered the 6-foot-5, 290-pounder’s plans to take visits over the next two weekends.
“The plan for now is to make an official visit this weekend to Florida State (Nov. 14),” the elder Gallimore said. “Then the following week, we will be visiting Michigan (Nov. 21). That will leave one official visit and at this time that is open due to the Oregon delay.”
Gallimore’s season ended last Friday with a 35-28 loss in the district finals. The No. 10 rated offensive tackle ended the season with 127 pancake blocks.
“Brett has his list of schools narrowed down,” Gallimore said of his son’s decision process. “And in late November or early December, he will make a verbal commitment to the school he decides to attend.”
Gallimore has already taken official visits to Ohio State (Sept. 5) and Purdue (Sept. 26).
