Ga. RB lands dream offer
Storm Johnson is one of the top running back prospects from the state of Georgia. Johnson, 6-1 and 210 pounds, is from Loganville (Ga.) High School. Just last night he received his eighth scholarship offer. This one was from his dream school.
"I called up LSU last night and they offered me," Johnson said. "They were my favorite school growing up and now it's a dream come true that they offered me a football scholarship. They will get a lot of consideration from me."
Johnson also has offers from Auburn, Florida State, South Florida, Stanford, Tennessee, West Viginia and Central Florida. He recently transfered from Buford (Ga.) to Loganville. Last season as a junior Johnson helped lead Buford to another state title after rushing for 1,300 yards and 21 touchdowns.
