Ga. QB visits BC, Harvard

Nash Nance is a quarterback prospect from the Peach State in the Class of 2010. Nance, 6-4 and 202 pounds, is from Rome (Ga.) Darlington High School. Despite already being done this fall Nance is pleased with how the team got better each week.
"We finished 6-5 and I think I played okay," Nance said. "The team progressed as the season went on and we won out the last four games. We got better and the team got closer. We really started clicking. It's all about team and not about the stats. I just want to win.

"I am the type of quarterback that manages the game well and I think I am an effective passer. We started in spread and scraped it after first game and went to double slot offense."
Nance has one offer so far and it's a big one. Harvard offered last summer.
"I spoke with those coaches and they said I am the only offer so far for the 2010 class. I know have another year to decide. I went their camp and saw their campus. They have great coaches. It's really an honor to get offered by such a great academic school."
In fact Nance spent this past weekend in Boston, visiting both Harvard and Boston College.
"BC was great. They have a terrific campus and their facilties are outrageous. They are recruiting me and I really enjoyed the visit."
According to Nance teams like Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Duke, Vanderbilt, and many others are showing interest.
"It seems like most of the SEC schools and schools down here are recruiting me. I have no favorite at this time. I really just want to get along with the coaching staff and see what school has the best offer for me academically. You need academics for after football or if football doesn't work out. In he end I want the school that fits me best."
