GA back names favorites
Offers are piling up for Savannah (Ga.) Jenkins running back Franklin Green. The 5-foot-11, 201-pounder claims that approximately a half dozen schools have offered and more should be coming in the near future.
"I've got offers from Florida, Indiana, Rutgers, South Carolina and California," he said. "Georgia is supposed to be offering me soon.

"I'd say right now my favorites are Florida and Florida State. I just really like those programs, they are good teams too."
Green claims an offer from Florida State as well but sources say an offer has not been tendered.
With a wide variety of colleges looking, what does Green want in a school?
"I'm looking for academics, a chance to play and good coaches," he said. "Location doesn't matter to me."
The summer is quickly approaching and the Peach State prospect has plans to visit a few places.
"I'm looking at going to Florida's camp, Auburn and probably Rutgers."
