He is excited about getting his chance to compete against some of the best prospects in the country at the inaugural Offense-Defense All-American Bowl this week.
"I think it's a great experience," he said. "You get the chance to meet a lot of the top players from around the country and you get the chance to compete against the best in the country, so that will bring out the best in me."
Hill talked about his commitment to the Hokies.
"It's a great atmosphere," he said. "It's a good situation for me. They take care of you and they put a lot of defensive backs in the NFL."
Hill picked Virginia Tech over Florida, Michigan, Tennessee, North Carolina, North Carolina State and others.
Hill is the nation's No. 16 cornerback prospect and is a four-star rated prospect by Rivals.com.
