Fulton names top five

One of the nation's very best cornerback prospects is John Fulton from Manning (S.C.) High School. He also happens to be one of the country's top kick returners. He had a brilliant junior campaign, recording 43 tackles, eight interceptions and 16 pass breakups. He also had seven kick returns for touchdowns.
"I am a well rounded corner that can hit, cover and I have great speed," Fulton said. "I also love the ball in my hands. I just make something happen."

According to Fulton Alabama, Clemson, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, NC State, and Maryland have offered. From that group he has a top five.
"I like Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. I have seen them all but Tennessee and they were all great visits.
"Alabama was a family atmosphere and I felt at home.
"Florida had a great game day atmosphere. The fans are crazy.
"Georgia seems like a great football town and I loved the coaches.
"South Carolina was the first team to offer me and I have been there a bunch of times. I feel comfortable there.
"I plan on visiting Tennessee for sure this summer.
"I want to see them all again. Maybe I will make a long road trip and see them all at once. But I don't plan on committing until the end of the year."
Fulton is also one of the state's top track athletes. He runs the 100 (10.6) and 200 (21.9) meters and has the state championships this weekend.
