Fullback says hell walk-on
Georgia is looking for a fullback to come in and fill an immediate need. And it looks like Dawgs have set its sights on an in-state player.
Marietta (Ga.) Wheeler fullback Chris Hickman, who is 6-foot and 225 pounds, said he was recruited to be a walk-on that will have a shot at receiving a scholarship in 2003.

Hickman looks to be a solid pick up, according to his coach Chuck Goddard.
"He's a heck of a player," Goddard said. "He can power clean 300 pounds, and he's made great strides for us in my first year here.
"He has a lot of upside potential as well as a fullback. Georgia says they have a need at fullback, and this is the type of kid that would be perfect for that role."
