FSU Lands Commitment
According to published reports, Florida State has received a verbal commitment from linebacker/fullback Torrance Washington.
Washington, who stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 220 pounds, is a two-way star for Madison County High School in Madison, Fla. He runs the 40-yard dash in 4.52 seconds and has a 33-inch vertical leap.
Washington chose Florida State over Mississippi State, Kentucky, West Virginia and South Carolina.
