Frey is getting closer to a decision

Lehighton, Pa. running back Robbie Frey has been down to Akron and Connecticut for awhile. The 6-foot-0, 184-pounder still hasn't made a decision to date, but continues to get closer.
"I think I'm going to make my decision pretty soon," he said. "All I can tell you about my plan is that it will be before the football season starts on August 14th, more likely sooner than later."

What does Frey like about both of his finalists?
"You know they are very similar programs and I like them both a lot," he said. "They both are growing and getting better every year. They also are really good educational schools, I think I'd fit in well at both of them school wise and football wise."
While the two-star prospect continues to wait out a decision, Frey is looking forward to the upcoming season.
"I'm having small practices with my team and they are going good," he said. "I think I have really improved from last year by getting faster, stronger and a little heavier.
"I can't wait for this season because our team is looking to win the league title and hopefully we can make district and go to state. As for me, I just want to have as much fun on the field as I can. This is my senior year and I want to give my best and enjoy myself."
