Freeman getting out and about

Houston (Texas) Cy Falls wide receiver Jack Freeman may not be big on size, but the 5-foot-7, 160-pound speedster is getting big on offers.
Missouri, Northwestern, and UTEP were the first three school to offer the talented role player for his high school team. Freeman has now added another one and has been hitting the camp scene hard.

"I went up to the Texas and Florida camps," Freeman said. "Next month, I'm going to Arkansas. While I was at the Florida camp I got an offer from Temple. I'm kind of waiting to see what Florida is going to do though before I go any farther with favorites."
Freeman says that he's being recruited as a wide receiver but could also see time at a number of different positions on the field. A few schools are waiting to see how things are going toward the end of the summer.
"I'm just being patient right now," Freeman said. "I'm waiting on the rest of the offers right now. Nebraska is talking about watching some more film on me before the make an offer or anything."
As for a decision, Freeman says he doesn't necessarily want to wait until the last minute but also wants to take some visits.
"I figure, I would like to get out for some visits during the fall," Freeman said. "I think I"ll wait until those are done at the end of the season. It's too early to have an exact date on anything."
Freeman has also been hearing from Texas A&M and Texas Tech.
