Freeman commits to Ohio State

Linebacker Marcus Freeman announced he has committed to Ohio State over offers from Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Michigan, Miami, and many others.
At a press conference at his high school Freeman accepted an invitation to play in the Army All-American game in Texas, then announced he had selected the Buckeyes.
"I tried to way the pro's and con's of all the schools," Freeman said. "But mostly it was a gut feeling."
"Ohio State has great coaches. The atmosphere is great there. And I know people like Will Allen and John Hollins. They're from my school."
The 6-foot-2 and 240 pound Freeman, from Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne, made 152 tackles including eight sacks during his junior season. He had 29 tackles for losses. Freeman is the number four inside linebacker prospect and has a four star rating.
