Frederick has a favorite
Running back C.J. Frederick out of Benson (N.C.) West Johnston continues to sit on four offers. The 5-foot-10, 188-pounder believes two more schools could be offering in the near future, both from the ACC.
"I just got back from a team camp at Elon," he said. "Before that I went to NC State and North Carolina at the end of June.

"Both of them are waiting to see what I do in the first few games of this season. I've just got to do well and send out my tape. State told me I'm on their top group of running backs."
With interest rising, does the three-star prospect like anyone?
"I'm not sure, but I think I'm leaning towards East Carolina," he said. "I just like the way they present themselves and I like the facilities. I'm in touch with the coach a lot there and I'm looking at East Carolina for an official sometime."
