"I haven't talked to the coaches at Georgia recently," said the 6-foot-3, 216-pound Fox. "I heard they just got a new defensive coordinator. I think coach Pruitt is a great hire and is a great coach. I'm looking forward to meeting him.
"I definitely want to go down to Vanderbilt for a visit," he said. "(My teammate) Brandon Wimbush has been down there and he says it's really nice. I want to go on a few visits and see who the new head coach will be."
Fox also has two Big Ten offers.
"I think Nebraska is a great school," Fox said. "I know D.J. Singleton who goes there now. He has great things to say about the school. I know Nebraska is a great school academically.
"I grew up 20 minutes from the Rutgers campus," he said. "They are a great program with great facilities and academics. It's definitely my home state school."
Two ACC schools have also offered Fox.
"My teammate Jonathan Hilliman talks very highly of Boston College," said Fox. "I talked to the coaches up there a lot and I'll probably go up there for their junior day. I have a few other former teammates up there. Coach Addazio I heard is a very good coach and runs a good style.
"Virginia is great academically and that's something my parents stress," he said. "Where ever I go I want to have a great education. I feel like Virginia definitely has that with a great football program. Coach London is a great guy."
Fox says a few other schools have turned up the heat on him recently.
"Georgia Tech, Miami and Penn State are recruiting me also," said Fox. "They might be the next ones to offer me. Right now I'm open to everything. I want to take a lot of visits. I'm going to Boston College for their junior day. I want to get down to Virginia and Vanderbilt."
Fox seems very excited about James Franklin taking over at Penn State.
"I heard that coach Franklin is ready to go at Penn State," he said. "I've the video on YouTube that he has been showing everyone and it looks like he is putting together a good program. He turned around Vanderbilt's program and I know can do it at Penn State."
Fox is in the middle of wrestling season for St. Peter's Prep.
