Four still at top for Purvey
Gainesville, Texas running back Terrius Purvey continues to receive a lot of attention from schools.
“A lot of them keep calling,” Purvey’s mother said. “The schools call and I know Terrius talks to most of them. It is a different experience.”

Purvey’s list continues to include Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M near the top.
“Those are the main ones I think, but I don’t think he is anywhere close to making a choice,” she said. “He is wanting to take his time and evaluate things and take his trips. After his visits he will try and make a choice. He does not have any official visits scheduled.”
The 5-foot-10, 177-pound Purvey has several other schools calling too.
“Those four are kind of at the top of the list right now,” she said. “There are lots of others calling, too. It’s always ringing it seems like. There are a lot of good situations out there and he is going to keep his options open at this point.”
