Four-star WR transferring from Oregon to Texas A&M

When four-star wide receiver Kirk Merritt of Destrehan, La., had to choose a school in 2015, he came down to Oregon and Texas A&M and decided to go west. The Aggies didn't miss on a second chance.

In a move that strengthens Texas A&M's two-deep and has serious implications for the 2017 recruiting class, Merritt announced Friday morning that he would be transferring from Oregon to A&M in order to be closer to home.
