Four-star WR sets two visits

Although D.J. Hord, a wide receiver from Kansas City (Mo.) Rockhurst, is a highly touted prospect, things have been relatively quiet on the recruiting front by design. But that is slowly beginning to change.
“He has officially set up two visits,” Rockhurst coach Tony Severino said.

“He will visit Notre Dame and Missouri. I don’t know if he will take all five visits or not.”
The Irish will get first crack on Dec. 3 and the following weekend he will visit Missouri.
Hord has offers from other schools including Oklahoma, LSU, Oklahoma State, Kansas, and Kansas State. He is ranked as the top player in the state of Missouri and one of the nation's top 125 players.
Severino did not mention if Hord had a timetable to make a college decision.
