"I'll be making my decision tomorrow," Thomas said. "My mind is made up. I know where I'm going to be.
"I've narrowed it to Pitt, Michigan, West Virginia and Penn State. The coaches will find out when everybody else does. I've been talking to the coaches for a while now and I just like those four schools a lot.
"I think I can contribute early at all four schools. I also like all four schools because they're all on the rise. Pitt's in the top 25 now and Penn State is up to No. 3. Michigan is putting their new system in and West Virginia has been doing well with guys like Pat White and Noel Devine.
Thomas is rated the No. 23 wide receiver in the nation by Rivals.com.
