Four-star WR ready to visit PSU

Seven weeks in to the college football season Penn State looks like one of the best teams in the nation. The Nittany Lions have impressed prospects from across the region, and they'll have a chance to impress one on Saturday.
Wilmington (Del.) Concord wide receiver Justin Brown has been keeping an eye on Penn State and will be taking an official visit to Happy Valley later in the season.

"I know I'm going to the Penn State-Michigan game next weekend," Brown explained. "That's going to be an unofficial visit, but I know I'm going to get up there for an official later. I think I'll take an official to Penn State after the season. It will probably be the last one I take.
"I've mostly been talking to the same schools, but some of them have sort of stopped recruiting me. I haven't really heard from Wisconsin, Vanderbilt and a couple of others recently. I guess they've just backed off."
Brown said he plans on taking all five of his official visits before announcing his decision. He said he believes most of his official visits will not come until after the season is over.
The 6-foot-3, 209-pound wide receiver is rated the No. 1 prospect in Delaware and is a member of the Rivals250.
