Four-star WR announces final ten

As the top rated player in the state of Kentucky, Aaron Boyd has no shortage of options for where to play his college ball. With that being the case, he is also in no rush to rule schools out. With one game remaining in the regular season for his Lexington (Ky.) Hentry Clay Blue Devils, Boyd is ready to announce a final ten schools that he will decide between.
The list, in no particular order, consists of Florida, LSU, Miami, Kentucky, Louisville, NC State, Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas and Cincinnati.

Boyd discussed what he likes about each of his ten finalists and when to expect that list to be cut.
Florida
"The one thing I like is that they can switch the offense up and run a lot of different formations. They have a good passing offense and I've seen what Dallas Baker has done there and I feel like I can be that type of guy for them."
LSU
"They always have a big time receiver. Dwayne Bowe just got drafted and Early Doucet is probably going to be next."
Miami
"The tradition at Miami is great. Anybody would want to play there. They've had big time receivers in the past and the present."
Kentucky
"The passing offense. I have a chance to play early there. I could come in and play a role like Keenan Burton has played."
Louisville
"The numbers tell it all with what Brian Brohm as done. Mario Urrutia, they see me as that kind of guy. I just look at programs that project at my position with my height and my frame."
NC State and Virginia
"I know Mike Archer at NC State. I like to go to a place where I know somebody. Going from high school to college is different so you've got to be comfortable that it's somewhere that you can fit in. Having somebody comfortable there that you know is good. Just like at Virginia I've got my teammate Chase Minnifield."
Tennessee
"I just took a visit there and they have a high powered offense all the time. I like the atmosphere and they have big crowds on Saturday. It's a football town."
Arkansas
"I've been watching them lately. Marcus Monk is getting ready to break the SEC record for most receiving touchdowns. They see me as that type of guy to go to."
Cincinnati
"I just like it is a passing offense with four or five receiver threats. They have more options to throw to so it's a good team system."
With a final ten set, Boyd has started to map out his timeline for a decision.
"I'll probably narrow it down to five as soon as the playoffs are over," he said. "Then I'll start my time period. I'll really start narrowing it down in January and then I'll make my decision in February."
