Four-star tackle contemplating visits

As of midnight on Sept. 1, college coaches were allowed to reach out to Class of 2017 prospects on social media and send them correspondence through mail. Thousands of prospects coast to coast are checking their physical and digital mailboxes to see which college is trying to recruit them. Phoenix (Ariz.) North Canyon offensive tackle Austin Jackson, a Rivals100 prospect who shined brightly at the USC Rising Stars Camp this summer, is one of them.

HEARD FROM: Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, California, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Texas A&M, Washington and Washington State.
WHAT'S NEXT?: Jackson said he's definitely taking in games at Arizona and Arizona State this fall given that he could easily get to those. But he also wants to travel out of state to see a game or two.
"I'm looking at USC and Texas A&M as two of my schools to see this season, actually," Jackson, the No. 1-rated prospect in Arizona for the 2017 class, told Rivals.com.
