Alabama, California and Notre Dame all offered recently and the 6-foot-6, 256-pound lineman from Phoenix (Ariz.) North Canyon is probably just getting started on the recruiting front.

WHAT'S NEXT?: Jackson noted he's in no hurry to make a decision and he'll continue to assess all options as they come. He intends to see some schools this season, including locals Arizona and Arizona State, and he's also looking to continue building relationships. Jackson and North Canyon kick off the season Aug. 29.
IN HIS WORDS: "Once Sept. 1 rolls around," Jackson told Rivals.com, "I can get a better feel and relationship with these schools. I definitely want to take some trips and see what's out there for me."
RIVALS' REACTION: Jackson, the No. 1-rated prospect in Arizona for the 2017 class according to Rivals.com, was very impressive at the USC Rising Stars Camp earlier this summer and drew plenty of interested spectators to practice this past spring. His name has truly gone national, with the likes of Auburn, Michigan, Oregon and Texas A&M having offered already, so he's staying patient while gathering as much information as possible. Early on it's shaping up to be quite the battle for the athletic offensive tackle.
