Four-star receiver to choose between four

Fresh off his second official visit of the recruiting process, a trip to South Carolina, four-star New Jersey wide receiver Damiere Byrd has set his decision date.
As has been reported the 5-foot-9, 160-pound wide receiver from Sicklerville (N.J.) Timber Creek will announce his college destination next Wednesday, one week from today, at 2:30 p.m. EST.

Byrd spoke very briefly about his trip to South Carolina over the weekend with Rivals.com on Wednesday evening saying it was a good visit and that he had a lot of fun in Columbia.
It was quite a weekend to choose to visit the SEC schools, as South Carolina's victory over No. 1 Alabama may rate as the biggest win in the program's history.
Why is he making his decision at this point in the process after just two official visits? Has he seen all he needs to see?
"The decision is already hard enough and visiting more schools is just gonna make it even harder," Byrd said.
Two weekends ago Byrd took an official visit to Iowa. Those are the only official visits he has taken.
The four schools still under consideration, according to Byrd, are South Carolina, Iowa, Ole Miss and Florida.
Byrd is ranked the No. 203 overall prospect in the nation.
