Four-star QB makes choice

Blinn (Texas) College quarterback Terrance Cain is one of the nation's top junior college prospects. The four-star rated signal caller is the No. 41 ranked player in the Rivals.com top 100 junior college rankings. He took his first official visit of the year this weekend when he traveled to Utah.
"My trip to Utah was good," the 6-foot-1, 191-pound Cain said. "I talked to all of the coaches on my visit, but I talked to the offensive coordinator the most. He is the one who runs the offense, so I spent the most time with him.

"All of the coaches said I can come in and compete for a job right away. That is important to me. I want to find a place that I can play. I committed to Utah on my visit."
It wasn't any one thing for Cain that made him decide Utah was the place.
"The whole visit was the reason. I just felt like that was the place I needed to be."
Cain will graduate in December and will sign with the Utes on Wednesday.
"I will sign on Wednesday. I am not going to visit anywhere else. I had a trip to Kansas State scheduled, but I will not be taking that visit."
Cain threw for more than 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns this season.
