Four-star OL schedules two visits

Four-star Miami (Fla.) Edison offensive lineman Jacky Claude has scheduled his first two official visits after speaking with a number of coaches early this month.
“I’ve talked to Auburn, Florida, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Clemson, USF and Rutgers so far,” he said. “I scheduled official visits with Ohio State and Auburn. I’ll be going to Ohio State on Dec. 5 and Auburn on Jan. 16.

“I’m waiting to hear from Florida State. When they call, I’ll be setting up a visit with them, too.”
Claude (6-4, 290, 4.9) is the No. 12 rated offensive guard in the nation. He claims offers from Florida State, Ohio State, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Miami and Tennessee, among others.
“My top two are Ohio State No. 1 and Florida State No. 2,” he said. “I’ve thought about committing to Ohio State. If they offer my teammate, Mark Dial, I’d probably go there with him. They’re wanting some more film on him before they decide. But Florida State would be real nice, too. I like their program. I just want to see if they’re going to recruit me as hard as Ohio State.”
Claude said other schools he’s considering for visits are Florida and LSU.
As a junior, he did not allow a sack the entire season and recorded 29 “knockdown” blocks. He’s off to a strong start as a senior, keeping his no-sack streak intact against a tough opponent in Killian last week.
“We lost 10-7, but it was a real good game that came down to the wire,” he said. “I played pretty good. Those guys were tough.”
Academically, Claude maintains a 2.4 GPA and will take the ACT again in October.
