Four-star OL is keeping busy

Pompano Beach Ely’s Andrew Bain’s stock has been on the rise. He has recently been voted onto Rivals100.com’s top 100 player list. He’s busy this summer improving his stock even more by attending football camps. FlaRecruiting.com recently caught up him to discuss his recruitment and camp experiences.
“The Miami camp went well,” Bain said. “I learned how to be more explosive, and I also learned some new pass protections.”

Bain got a chance to talk with offensive line coach Art Kehoe, and Head Coach Larry Coker, and it sounded like the coaches liked what they saw.
“Coach Kehoe seemed to like my attitude,” Bain said. “He also likes my quick feet, skills and my ability to learn quickly. Coach Coker couldn’t offer me scholarship at camp because it’s against the rules, but he hinted like there would be an offer. Miami has always been my school, and they will still be my school until someone comes along that I like better.”
The 6-foot-4 and 320 pound standout also likes Stanford, Florida State North Carolina State, Michigan State, and Ohio State.
On July 14th Bain will attend the Florida State football camp in Tallahassee.
“I’m looking forward to camp,” Bain said. "I talked to their offensive line coach, and it should be a learning experience. I’m looking to bring back from the camp some skills that will help my team win a state championship.”
Next week Bain will attend Chris Carter’s speed camp. He wants to reduce his 40-yard dash time from 5.0 seconds to 4.8 seconds.
