David Price.
"As
of now, I'm 90 percent sure Mississippi State will end up being the place
for me," said Price, a member of the Rivals.com
Southeast
Top 100 team and the No. 15 offensive tackle in the nation.
"I'm feeling real good about them right now. I like their staff, I feel real
comfortable around them, and I know a few guys in their program. I'm not
ready to commit right now, but I may commit after my visit (Jan. 10) if
everything goes as well as I expect."
Price also has visits to Georgia
Tech (1/17) and Middle Tennessee (1/24) scheduled. He's working on possible
dates with Tennessee and N.C. State as well.
"(N.C. State coach) Chuck Amato is going to meet with me sometime while
they're down here for the Gator Bowl," he said. "There's a chance something
could develop there."
Price (6-5, 315, 5.4) spent Sunday afternoon at the Jacksonville Jaguars-Tennessee Titans
game. He was introduced on the field as part of the Florida Times-Union
"Super 24" team featuring the top players from north Florida and south
Georgia.
