Four Star makes it official
In a public announcement at his school's library David Horne said, "Nebraska" in reference to which school he will be attending.
He was considering Michigan (a finalist for him), Colorado, Iowa, Notre Dame and Wisconsin and all of them had offered him.
He was at the top of the wish list for Colorado, Michigan and Nebraska.
