Four-star LB racking up offers

There is no question that four-star linebacker E.J. Savannah (6-2, 215, 4.5) from Bellevue, Wash., is one of the best linebackers on the west coast. He has continued his dominating ways that started this season with a victory over Concord (Calif.) De La Salle that ended that programs 151 game winning streak.
On the season Savannah has racked up over 60 tackles, six sacks, one forced fumble and one interception.

Savannah’s recruitment is going as well as his 6-0 stupendous senior season.
“I have had a lot of phone calls since September,” Savannah said. “I really can’t remember all the colleges that have called.”
“I have offers from Washington, Washington, Oregon, Oregon State, Arizona, Arizona State, Cal and Duke,” Savannah said. “I think UCLA has offered, but I’m not quite sure.”
USC is sending letters of interest and Colorado is trying to get him to trip. More than likely he will get an offer from the Buffaloes if he takes the trip.
Savannah has already taken his first official visit to Arizona.
“I liked it a lot,” Savannah said. “I was able to see them play Wisconsin.”
“It was interesting seeing the coaches in action during a real game,” Savannah said. “I really liked everything about the trip.”
The talented linebacker from Washington is rated by Rivals.com as the number 15 linebacker in the nation and was ranked by Rivals.com as the state of Washington fourth best prospect at any position from the Evergreen State for the class of 2005.
