Justin London has seemingly always favored Virginia Tech. However, the Hokies might have some serious competition for the 6-foot-2, 218-pound linebacker from Roanoke (Va.) Northside. His visit to Tennessee this past weekend has made things close.
"I don't care if Tennessee lost because that was one of the greatest games that I've seen," London, a four-star linebacker, said. "It was so neat though. When Tennessee scored there at the end, my seat was shaking. I still think I might have hearing damage."
London now lists the Hokies and Vols as his “clear-cut” top two teams. He’s taking an official visit to NC State on December 7th and will set up official trips to Tennessee, Virginia Tech and UCLA soon as well. His last trip will be to Virginia, West Virginia or Maryland. He has offers from all his favorites. The Hokies could still be the team to beat.
"Virginia Tech has been with me since the beginning," London said. "They were the first team to offer me a scholarship, and that means a lot to me."
London has made over 40 tackles with six sacks this season.
